Human resource management plays an important role in improving the productivity and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, many community-based business actors still face challenges in managing human resources systematically, particularly in establishing performance-oriented work practices, task distribution, and productivity evaluation. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and practical skills of members of Gerakan Pemuda Ansor (GP Ansor) who are engaged in MSMEs in implementing performance-based human resource management strategies to increase business productivity. The activity was conducted at the GP Ansor Pagedangan Office, Tangerang, on April 4–5, 2026. The program was implemented by five lecturers and students from Universitas Pamulang and involved 18 GP Ansor members who work as MSME entrepreneurs. The implementation consisted of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. During the implementation stage, participants received material presentations, practical sessions, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions focused on performance-based human resource management and its application in MSME activities. The results showed that the activity increased participants’ understanding of performance-oriented human resource management, particularly in work planning, role allocation, performance evaluation, and productivity improvement. Participants were also able to identify practical strategies that could be adapted to their respective businesses. Overall, the activity contributed to strengthening the managerial capacity of GP Ansor MSME actors and supporting more productive and sustainable community-based businesses.
