The economic growth of a region is reflected in the Growth of Gross Domestic Product (PDRB). The economic growth of a region depends on the region's ability to develop the potential of its leading economic sectors. With such a superior economy, regions are also required to make efforts to optimize the use of inputs and improve processes so that superior economies can be optimally utilized so that they can meet the needs of the community which in turn will create community welfare. The results of research using the Location Quotient (LQ) show that the economic sectors which are the leading sectors in South Tangerang City based on the best are the Financial, Leasing and Corporate Services Sector; Services Sector; Building Sector; Transportation and Communication Sector; Trade, Hotel and Restaurant Sector; Electricity, Gas and Clean Water Sector. Based on theanalysis, Shift Share (SS)the leading sectors that are experiencing rapid growth are the trade, hotel and restaurant sectors (Ppij> 0). However, the trade, hotel and restaurant sector is not
Septina Copyright (c) 2021 https://www.ojs.pseb.or.id/index.php/jmst/article/view/115 Mon, 11 Jan 2021 00:00:00 +0000 Hydroponic Vegetable Production Planning at Plantation Parung Farm Bogor https://www.ojs.pseb.or.id/index.php/jmst/article/view/116
The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the hydroponic vegetable production operations carried out by Parung Farm, especially in terms of production costs and profits. obtained, as well as in the use of resources. Produce production planning that can optimally meet market demand for the future by taking into account the efficient use of production factors that result in optimal production costs and profits. The research was conducted at Parung Farm, Parung, Bogor. Data were collected from January 2011 to April 2011. The location selection was made deliberately with the consideration that the company is a company engaged in the production of hydroponic vegetables and is consistent with hydroponics. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. To find out the sales data is done by looking at the document archives. Meanwhile, to find out business income is done by interviewing the production manager, the person in charge of the garden and the production department. In addition, conducting direct observations in the field to determine cropping patterns and production processes. Parung Farm unit Parung produces two types of lowland vegetable products, namely spinach and hydroponic kale. The vegetable production process at Parung Farm uses hydroponic technology. The planting and harvesting technique is carried out using asystem rolling where every day there is a process of planting and harvesting in the designated beds. The data analysis method used to analyze quantitative data on fresh fruit supply control is through a deterministic inventory model calculation approach, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Continuous Review System, Lot for Lot (LFL), Part Period Balancing (PPB), and Period Order. Quantity (POQ) and probabilistic inventory models, namely the Single Period Model, Periodic Review System. This quantitative data processing uses calculator tools and computer software in the form of Microsoft Excel program. The results of the study state that the level of inventory that must be maintained, the size of the order, and the time the order must be made is determined based on the calculation of theanalysis Periodic Review System with the periodic inventory level inspection has been determined for each group of fruit that has been established
Abdullah Copyright (c) 2021 https://www.ojs.pseb.or.id/index.php/jmst/article/view/117 Mon, 11 Jan 2021 00:00:00 +0000 Detection of Gen C / EBPα Encodes the Meat Quality https://www.ojs.pseb.or.id/index.php/jmst/article/view/118
This study aims to confirm the presence of the gen C / EBPα beef in local and introduced beef cattle in local beef cattle, introduced beef cattle and determine gene base variations. C / EBPα in these cows. DNA analysis was performed by quantification, PCR, electrophoresis, sequencing and bioinformatics analysis. The results showed that, Gen C / EBPα has been successfully confirmed for local beef cattle (Pasundan, PO, Bali) and introduced beef cattle (Angus, Simmental, FH cattle). There are variations of base found in local beef cattle, namely Bali cattle. In the other five sample cows, base variations were not found. The method used was experimental to determine antibacterial activity by using antagonism test. LAB and Dates Tahnik and E. coli were inoculated into Escherichia coli Agar media which is a specific medium for the growth of E. coli. The combination of Tahnik dates with LAB from breast milk showed about 25% better results when compared to treatments that only used BAL from breast milk in in hibiting bacteria E.coli. Dates that were cultivated also show edinhibitory power against E. coli about 4 times better than unhulled dates. Therefore, it can be concluded that breastfeeding for newborns accompanied by the implementation of Sunnah Tahnik with dates has better benefits for the health of the baby (especially as an antibacterial agent), when compared to breastfeeding alone.
Putri California Copyright (c) 2021 https://www.ojs.pseb.or.id/index.php/jmst/article/view/119 Mon, 11 Jan 2021 00:00:00 +0000
